This content campaign was created with the goal of showing this real estate team's deep connection to their clients - exemplified by their multi-year relationship with a couple who went from first-time buyers in a small condo all the way to a small family looking for a home to settle down in.


This campaign included story assets for organic social & a paid promotion through Only In Boston, as well as a flipping book for use on their team website and for linking out via paid social and digital ads.


The design embraced the "story time" theme, with a craft paper aesthetic and each step of the real estate journey being chapters - we even included an epilogue that detailed the next steps for the young family.


The agents loved the piece, had success with the paid promotions, and will look to create similar "storybooks" of other client journeys in the future.




I worked alongside a Marketing Consultant who was building brand materials for a newly merged steel company called Valley Joist + Deck. They were looking to revamp their brand image in an effort to capitalize off of phenomenal customer feedback and institutional loyalty among their workforce. We helped them craft website copy that reflected the feedback they had provided; that they are a no-nonsense, honest & efficient company that values their employees and goes the extra mile for their clients.

The pillars of the brand were clear - Integrity, Consistency, and Dedication. From there, we formed the copy & page themes to match their culture. Overall, they were thrilled with their increased and improved web presence, and they now have a brand identity that perfectly encapsulates why they are as successful as they are.
